Jennifer Brown, is a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP®) and Certified Amicable Divorce Professional (CADP) NMLS #207017 and serves as a board member for the Amicable Divorce Network (ADN). As a CDLP she has the financial knowledge and solid understanding of mortgage financing strategies as they relate to real estate and divorce. Jennifer collaborates with you and your divorce team to implement a strategic divorce settlement agreement, ensuring the best opportunities to secure mortgage financing post decree. As a member of the ADN, and as a CADP, she partners with divorce professionals who respect your choice to divorce peacefully. The CADP designation focuses on the life cycle of a divorce, giving her a deeper understanding of how to assist clients through the divorce process in a low conflict, child focused and efficient manner. Jennifer also holds the Certified Veterans Lending Specialist (CVLS) designation and is a US CARES Certified Military Housing Specialist. She is a Vice President and an Owner Partner at Neighborhood Mortgage, Inc. located in Alpharetta, Georgia.
